With the vision to create a new world with positivity and honesty, Mr. Shubham Kumar has been constantly working with new talents & students k liye chote chote competition karate rhe h and making sure that they are groomed and well trained before stepping into the challenging industry. Shubhstar Mahotsava is a dream which he is executing with all determination and enthusiasm in order to create and promote talents & creative students.
Forging his way all through from being a fashion and mass comm graduate to a successful Executive Producer & Creative Director of Talent Based Modeling show by winning India & Asia Book of Record.

Budding Mind Award
Every person is special in some way or another, but if a person shows extraordinary talent at a, then he/she is considered a “Prodigy”
To find and award those Prodigies Shubhstar group is organizing “Budding Mind Award ” .
Utkarsh International Award
Everyone is doing their work at their best. To celebrate and recognize the lifetime accomplishment of those workers. Shubhstar Group is organizing an Utkarsh International Award where they are going to award passionate and inspirational workers.
Terms & Condition-
- Aspirants who are willing to participate in the show should be physically fit & mentally healthy.
- Participants should be in good morale.
- Participants should be Driven and Committed in promoting the Mahotsava Cause.
- The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, and check time to time for the changes done by the Organizers.
- The applicant will be required to produce their proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver’s license, etc). *ID PROOF REQUIRED.
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the given schedule.
- The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
- The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
- The Participant should not be disqualified by law, should not have any criminal record or be of an unsound mind.
- The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.
- The Organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
- If the Participant is below 18 then his/her parents should have to be present for the formalities. “Parent” shall mean to be the participant’s biological Father or Mother.
- In case of any dispute, the Organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
- The courts of Hathras have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
